JCSU Student Researchers! The Smith Institute for Applied Research requests submissions for the Fall 2015 Research Showcase to be held November 5-6, 2015 at Johnson C. Smith University. JCSU students engaged in research may submit proposals to have a poster highlighting their research included in the showcase. Posters will be displayed during the Research Showcase at lunch in Grimes Lounge both days, and selected poster presenters must be present to answer questions about their research for attendees.

09-21-15 Proposal Submission Deadline
10-16-15 Notification of accepted proposals
10-17-15 Students work with faculty mentor to develop poster if not already complete
11-05-15 Students bring final poster at 10:00am to Grimes Lounge for set-up

Any JCSU student engaged in research
> What do I need to include in the proposal submission?
Your name, year, major, and faculty/staff supervisor for the research and a draft of the poster content in a single Word document. Please include graphs, images, or tables. (Max 2 pages)

Email your Word document to sminslow@jcsu.edu and ttaylor@jcsu.edu with “POSTER PROPOSAL” in the Subject Line.
