Faculty breakfast discussions provide an opportunity for faculty to informally engage with staff from the Smith Institute for Applied Research and to consider research collaborations that may be cross-disciplinary. Attendees will become more informed of the support offered and resources available through Smith Institute.

- using the MACMAS Lab to collect, analyze, and manage data
- finding collaborators
- writing proposals for funding, and
- integrating research skill development into course curriculum.
